Eduardo is an electrical engineer with thirty years of experience in the design and construction of electrical power systems for electrical utilities, oil and gas, petrochemical, and manufacturing industries. Eduardo works in leadership roles, including the management of the AQUAS Terragrid initiative. Eduardo works with industrial electrical power distribution systems, electrical utility high voltage substation engineering and design. He supports the entire project life cycle, including conceptual engineering, detail design, construction, and commissioning.
