‘Franky’ has more than ten years of progressive experience in financial, human resources and project management at AQUAS. As part of his leadership role, he oversees cost proposals and labor requirements to ensure we provide optimal resources to our clients at an exceptional price point. He manages the finance department where he is responsible for contracts management and audits, GSA and small business compliance and reporting.

During his free time, Frankie enjoys playing soccer and contact sports.
